Overview
Once Intercom is connected, the Dema Agent can search conversations, look up contacts, and read company data from your Intercom workspace. Useful for bringing support context into a Dema analysis.Prerequisites
- An Intercom workspace with permission to install apps.
Connect Intercom
- In Dema, go to Agents → Settings → Integrations.
- Find Intercom and click Connect.
- Sign in to Intercom and approve the scopes Dema requests.
- You are returned to Dema with the integration marked as Active.
Scopes Dema requests

Troubleshooting
- Conversations missing. Dema only sees conversations visible to the workspace role you authorized with. Make sure the authorizing user has access to the inboxes or teams you need.
