Overview

Once Intercom is connected, the Dema Agent can search conversations, look up contacts, and read company data from your Intercom workspace. Useful for bringing support context into a Dema analysis.

Prerequisites

  • An Intercom workspace with permission to install apps.

Connect Intercom

  1. In Dema, go to Agents → Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find Intercom and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to Intercom and approve the scopes Dema requests.
  4. You are returned to Dema with the integration marked as Active.

Troubleshooting

  • Conversations missing. Dema only sees conversations visible to the workspace role you authorized with. Make sure the authorizing user has access to the inboxes or teams you need.
