Overview

Once Intelligems is connected, the Dema Agent can pull live experimentation data from your account — directly inside a conversation. It can read results for a running price or content test and see which variant wins on profit-per-visitor, list active experiments and experiences, analyze sitewide conversion and revenue analytics, inspect audience segments, and browse the connected Shopify catalog to find test candidates. The agent only acts when you ask it to.

Prerequisites

  • An active Intelligems account on a connected Shopify store (install the Intelligems app from the Shopify App Store; a 14-day trial is available on the Core plan).

Confirm your Intelligems account

Intelligems must be installed on your Shopify store (script/theme connected) and the account activated.

Connect in Dema

In Dema, go to Agents → Settings → Integrations, find Intelligems, and click Connect. You are redirected to the Intelligems sign-in — log in and select your organization. No fields are entered. Once you authorize access, you are returned to Dema and the integration is marked as Active.
The organization you pick is used for authentication only. The token spans every organization your account can access.
If you belong to multiple organizations, ask the agent to target a specific one — the connection can reach every organization your account can access.

Troubleshooting

Confirm Intelligems is installed on a Shopify store and the account is active. Without a connected store there is nothing to authenticate against.
Verify your Intelligems account has access to that organization, then reconnect.
Click Reconnect on the Intelligems integration card to re-authorize.
If you are still stuck, contact support with the error message you see.
