Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Initial Setup

To begin integrating Dema with your Shopify store, follow these steps:

  1. App Installation: You will be provided with a unique link by the Customer Success Team to install the Dema app on your Shopify store.

  2. Grant Permissions: During the installation process, you’ll need to grant the app the following access scopes for proper functionality:

Complete Installation

After granting the necessary permissions, complete the installation of the Dema app on your Shopify store by following the on-screen instructions. This process seamlessly integrates the Dema web app pixel into your store, enabling the automated tracking of key e-commerce events such as page views, product interactions, and transactions.

Enter DEMA-ID

Once the Dema app is installed, you will find a configuration window within the app. Here, you need to enter your unique DEMA-ID provided by the Customer Success Team. Your DEMA-ID starts with “DV-” followed by a series of numbers and letters.

Review Data Insights

Shortly after the installation and configuration, you will begin to see visits and sessions data in the Dema platform.
